I think we should lodge a complain regarding this issue. I mean c'mon man we just paid holy 36,999 and the " A " series is grabbing all the cakes. That's not a fair thing. Not at all!

Updates are rolling out by time to time for the devices, However it totally depends on the availability and compatibility of the update with the devices. Nougat is already planned for the concern Samsung devices soon these are going to receive a nougat update.

we wait for update from feb. month to we can install noughat on owr new handset c9 pro but here is may running but nothing receive.. so any problem u have samsung..have u much employee or not.have u engineer for testing android or very poor engineering team u have..
if u have doesnot any thing or any man then you will give us a feedback form when we buy handsets and tell us we does not give any softwere uodate for phones
