Recently updated my M31 to android 12...Now the 'SAMSUNG NOTES' is not working...The texts are not visible...im able to copy/cut, etc...so i think the texts are there...but not visble...

Kindly update the app in galaxy store. If not available wait for few days till you get the app update

Samsung Note is a great app, but due to its unavailability in other platforms (esp. web) can't use it. Wish they could release an web app, but know they wouldn't.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

However, we would request you to register your concern in Samsung Members Application. So, that our concern team gets back to you as soon as possible.
