Kindly try to go to Settings- Software update- and try to install the updates manually. If it shows up to date, please go to Samsung members app, and check if there is any notification regarding an update there, if not try to use Smart switch function by using USB cable and connecting the device to a PC or Laptop. A pop up will show up with the update available on your device. 
 
To check the latest updates, please download the Samsung members app, press the bell icon, and then the alerts option.
