I bought a Samsung On8 this summer in the end of June from Amazon. Everything was fine initially but now I can see that the my phone is charging slowly. I thought it to be a problem with the phone since nougat update rolled out on it around first week of September but later I checked and realised that it's the adapter that has the problem. My phone charged very quickly with my friends On NXT charger while his device (on nxt) charged slowly as expected as it was plugged to my on8 adapter. Both of the adapters are identical with same model number and specs.
I am really interested in getting it replaced.
So please help me with the procedure to accomplish the same!
Thank You

Alright the cable was the problem, I sorted it out! I 'll just go and buy a USB cable of better quality! Don't worry!
