Today SamMobile release the expected mobile who get Android O in this they mention that C9 pro and C7 pro will get First Manger upgrade to Android O that means no nought for C9 pro. is it right or wrong ?

Updates are rolling out by time to time for the devices, However it totally depends on the availability and compatibility of the update with the devices. Nougat is already planned for the concern Samsung devices soon these are going to receive a nougat update.
