Hi from today my Samsung a9 pro back key and the screen key not working. what will be solution ?

Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots right on top >> Reset app preferences >> Restart.

no use tried the resetting procedure mentioned but the problem persists!
