Hi everyone, I've been reading on and on about the common issue Samsung faces with replacement screens. My A30s, has had a screen replacement, it is certainly an AMOLED display and it can't be told apart from the original but immediately, I noticed the warning about the fingerprint sensor needing calibration.
Please advise, will a Flash back to an older Firmware version bring back the biometric capabilities, or is this also a myth?
The sensor is picking up as hardware( checked through the diagnostic feature *#0*#*#. It all checks out and if I unplug the sensor it does recognize that it's been removed...
To be brutally honest, I'm just hellishly annoyed as the FPS was great for ease of access.
