A20 Blackscreen

Can someone please help my A20 keeps giving me the screen of death my software is up to date and the phone is 6months old. I have done the restart thing a number of  times, I ran in safe mode and even downgraded  the number of apps O use but it still flashes and goes black. Can someone help please?

Did you perhaps drop your or does it have a cracked screen(if it does has it fallen into water, it could be the reason its flashing.)
