A13 Camera problem

Hi everyone😊 

I seem to be having problems with my camera and the phone is 3days new........when I take a picture right after it jumps out when I take a video it doesn't even accept to open it just logs out and tells me camera has stopped or close camera or camera has paused?

Any assistance please🥺

I have the same problem with my Samsung A031S...!!!Could someone help me please !?

Try and go to settings, Apps, Camera then from camera app go to storage and press cashe and clear data. Maybe that will help.
