I use the off screen pop up notifications with disabled hide content when locked option as I find it helpful for WhatsApp messages. But sometimes I have noticed that it also shows OTP's in the popup notification. Moreover if anyone has physical access he can read it from lock screen only.
Inspite of the fact that it is duty of message sender to make sure that OTP is not in the first line, many senders don't realise this. So I would like to suggest that Samsung implements a filter for text message notifications. The filter will scan the message for the term 'OTP' and if found lock the contents in the notification if the phone is locked.
This will create an added layer of security from Samsung's part.
