I have seen some posts regarding storage problem that in Samsung devices 'others' section captured a huge amount of space and it can't be seen that what takes so much space and also it can't be cleared by device care or any other apps. Actually these are files that can't be categorized into images, videos, audio, documents, apps or system files that's why they take place in 'others'. Mainly these files are private app data, cache, trash, failed updates, failed backups, cloud sync files etc.

Here is the solution. When you will go to app settings you can see the size of the app but when you go to app info you will see in storage that app captured far more space than it's size, that extra space goes to 'others'. So you have to do go settings-apps-app info-storage-clear data (cache will automatically be cleared).

In some apps like google, chrome, google play services you will not find clear data option in storage instead there will be manage storage option. In that case go manage storage-clear all data.

Go to every apps and do this. Remember this will also clear your login details, you have to login again in each app. Before doing this check 'others' storage and check again after doing this, you will sure recover some storage from 'others', not all. This helps me to recover storage from 'others', hope this will also help other Samsung user.
