no it requires 5g hardware or 5g support soc which is as if now not available in any of the Samsung devices

No,it can't be possible.Not only Samsung but all other brands Smartphones can't give 5G software update for their user's.

5G is hardware not software.When 5G Smartphones available in the market then we can exchange our 4G Smartphone to 5G.

NOTE:To get 5G speed in our Smartphones . Phone's should not only be 5G but also all Sim Operartors sim card's should be 5G
Ex:jio5g,airtel5g,idea5g & Samsung 5G is available in S20 ultra 5G
