I have Samsung M13 5G smartphone. I am struggling with a problem since many days. i use jio true 5g data in my smartphone. many times My smartphone is going from 5G to direct 4G network, then it is not coming back to 5G, because of which I am not able to use 5G. 5g is not coming even after resetting my network settings. After factory resetting the smartphone, this problem gets resolved but after a few days the same problem starts coming again. I reset my smartphone 3 or 4 times in a month but this problem is coming again and again. So what can I do to get rid of this problem from my smartphone forever?
