I used a samsung Galaxy a50 device while using a phone it get heating issue it's to failure to device and some times automatically screen go off doesn't work while using a device . Kindly its harm to to the user
I request to Samsung to get a proper solution software or hardware to related issue....
software related issues......may you simply update software by using mobile data which is not the procedure...strong wifi or better firmware flash is recommended.....now you can do 2 things....1st you can flash your last firmware by using odin tools or perform a perfect factory reset...(not only from backup and reset section of your device...from factory mood settings also)...your problem will be solved by removing software glitches
