developer options not available on samsung A51 with android 10

Settings>scroll down to about phone>select it>now click on software information>here click 7 times on build number..now you will gonna find developer options

Restart your device once and check
or
perform normal phone reset settings
settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings

open settings >select applications>select it>scroll down to settings>clear cache/data >now restart your device and check again
