auto update of apps is not happening

Even though I have set apps to be updated automatically over wifi, it is not happening. Just wondering why?

Go to device care << 3 dots << sleeping apps

remove google play store from their

[philomi]

unable to see that option

Device care,battery,app power management,sleeping apps

[philomi]

cleared cache and data in playstore

[philomi]
