Verification failed! Your device is not registered with samsung upgrade.

Hi All  

I bought my galaxy S20 ultra with one year liquid and accidental damage protection plan from samsung offline store. Now I am trying to register with samsung Assured Buy Back plan from my Galaxy. But whenever I check for Samsung Upgrade , I got the error " your device is not registered with samsung upgrade ". What i need to do. Please help me.

I mailed to the customer care regarding my trouble, but till today didn't get any reply. Unable to get solution over chat also. I didn't expect this from Samsung.
