I think I had rather bought an Iphone rather than Samsung 😏(samsung please dont disable my phone after reading this 🥲) atleast Iphones get IOS updates all together on all devices rather than launching it one by one for every device 😒😤

Reason is Ios is made by Apple whereas Android is develope by Google. And after that each and every mobile company optimize that android as per there mobile specification which obviously will take time. i think many non technical person won't understand these things bt these are real factore behind delay of Os.
Still you are free to choose Ios iphone.

If Samsung deliberately sends the update without optimizing it, Samsung may have a motherboard issue like the poco phone.

Obviosuly and Samsung is doing cz of competition with other mobile brand and impatient customer, who demands latest Android as soon as Android launched by google.
Infact google also pushed mobile companies to get there latest android asap onto mobiles and shares the revenue with mobile companies to please them.
Thats market reality.
