Sound automatically goes down.

Hi

While watching videos in YouTube for few minutes the volume goes down but when I check the side button to volume up seems good no problem in side buttons. 

Automatic volume goes down not able to hear for few minutes.

Go to settings > sounds and vibration > sound quality and effects > dolby atmos and select the option you want. In auto mode the sound increases or decreases depending on the video you watching

Volume goes to specific level for 2 reasons:
1 when device is extremely hot
2 when you have set the level of sound to specific level.

Go to sound settings
