My galaxy m31 has frequently freezing problem since last 2-3 month after applying new update.
This is very disappointing and i am not able to use the mobile.service center is asking rs 7000 for mother board replacement. This is not my fault (looks like Samsung has shipped untested update) and hence Samsung should resolve immediately without any cost . otherwise I will take legal action for this big bug/ issue of your untested update.

Yes we have to take legal action now. They are doing this for so many years. Create a petition and those who are faces same problem will support that, like me. If not now then when?

Bro, my M31s on this August got initially hanged in October, then freezed on the Samsung Logo and then it turned into a full black screen.
When shown at Samsung Service Centre, they are asking for MotherBoard Replacement worth INR 9000.
This is the issue of the chipset Exynos 9611, many even online faced Mother Board issue with this processor and I even tried contacting Samsung CC about the same, but they didn't help.

Brother please go to settings then go to Apps then search for one ui and clear cases and Data everything will be fine.

Same case happened to me a year past when I updated and my mobile M31 went to frequent restart and phone got instantly heated. I went to service centre and they told your mother board's reboot circuit damaged. This is because your phone might have fallen or damaged physically. I argued a lot, but they told this happened because of your fault. And then I paid 7K for Replacement of board. And after that update came (security update) I updated and now it's asking for software update (one UI 4.1, Android 12). It's better not to update or raise a complaint in consumer court via Online . You'll find the complaint tutorials in YouTube. Hope this should not happen to anybody. "PLEASE DON'T UPDATE ANY SAMSUNG MIDRANGE SMARTPHONE"
