My phone buyed 2month but I face this problem original charger out of the box but fast charging not supported but 1st I charged 18w then my phone not supporting 15w fast charging

Is this software issue or hardware

And Mt phone give me this "USB connector disconnected/connected

Please help me

Are you from Bangladesh , did you buy it officially
