Hey guys it seems like this issue has been fixed on SMR dec 2023(dec security update patch) according to [https://security.samsungmobile.com/securityUpdate.smsb?year=2023&month=12]

For a kind of information this issue has identified be samsung on [22 sep 2023] even they disclosed about this issue. Whereas Indian Government CERT-In disclosed this issue on 13 dec (u can see the time gap) after that this godi media makes a trend on it. A advice for u don't rely only on Media.
