Every single app has different layout some have botton bar with options and more settings. Some have 3 dots at the top.
The new reminder app design in one ui 8 does not match with other apps. Even you can not make the reminder app design look like others at least in one ui 8 make the add reminder and add calendar event design similar. Overall I canot define inconsistency in each and every app. If your team will see it deeply then feel the pain of the user.
