Phone number lost

So after trying 50th time and trying out for two years i still cant acsses my account. I created an account three years ago in another country using another number. After coming to my own country i lost account acsses due to the loss of number. After two years of trying i gave 100% correct info still it says no matching info. I complaint and contacted with Samsung official some do gave me help but still not working
