My GalaxyI purchased galaxy M30s few days back. However, this mobile does not detect my Sony wire less head set model WH-CH500 through bluetooth. Even after starting bluetooth the sony device, M30s scans for bluetooth devices and says "no device found". This sony device otherwise is connected to other mobiles through bluetooth. Whether Sony WH-CH500 is not compatible with bluetooth of M30s? Is there any solution for connecting the said Sony wire less head set to M30s ? I tried to connect both devices through bluetooth as per steps mentioned in the respective user manuals but in vain. Can any one clarify/guide on this ?

My GalaxyNo,these headphones are compatible with any bluetooth enabled devices.
Try these steps-
1)Go to>Samsung Members app>Get Help>Interective Checks>Bluetooth>If showing any error in bluetooth then visit service center.
2)Try to connect some other bluetooth device to phone.
3)Do a factory reset of headphones-Turn off the headphones.Press and hold the power button and Volume down(-) button at same time for 7 seconds. This will delete the pairing info and then try to Pair it again to your phone.
4)Also goto Phone Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset Network settings.
5)If issue doesn't fix then visit service center
