You can add AdGuard DNS in your Samsung device settings by following these steps:

Method 1: Using Private DNS (Recommended)

  1. Open Settings on your Samsung device.
  2. Go to Connections > More connection settings.
  3. Tap Private DNS.
  4. Select Private DNS provider hostname.
  5. Enter one of the AdGuard DNS hostnames:
    • Default (No filtering): dns.adguard.com
    • Family Protection (Blocks adult content): dns-family.adguard.com
  6. Tap Save.

Method 2: Using Custom DNS (For Wi-Fi only)

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi.
  2. Tap on your connected Wi-Fi network.
  3. Tap IP settings and change it to Static.
  4. Scroll down and set the following DNS addresses:
    • AdGuard DNS:
      • DNS 1: 94.140.14.14
      • DNS 2: 94.140.15.15
    • Family Protection:
      • DNS 1: 94.140.14.15
      • DNS 2: 94.140.15.16
  5. Tap Save.

Notes:

  • The Private DNS method works for both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  • The Wi-Fi method only applies to the selected network.
  • If you face issues, ensure there are no typos in the DNS hostname.
