My GalaxyHi. I purchased my A53 in July of 22. Not a heavy user of the phone. No social media or news feeds. Minimal usage for text and checking email and internet. Phone sits on desk while working. Did not have Battery Saver enabled. Did not have Apps set to sleep. Battery would last for a 5 days to a week. Trouble starts mid January of 2023., Suddenly battery draining quickly. Very noticible. Needing to charge every other day. I set Apps to sleep. Battery Saver on. Turned off blue tooth. Used it even less. No help; still dropping in power. Scanned for Viruses. Nothing. Checked battery health with in-phone utility. Says good. When shut off in evening and charged to 100%; turn back on in morning; the % has dropped 15%. Used very minimally during a day will still drop to 50% by evening. Usage graph. under Device Care show valley-like drop when it is turned on. Shows several more valley like drops during the day. Tried Factory reset. Followed by not reinstalling any personal apps. Still draining fast.
I am wondering if some sort of operating system update is not correctly calibrated and is the root cause of the issue.
