My phone is sumsung galaxy A30.. and I am facing touch issue in my phone..  and my phone is under granty  but due to lock down all service  center  are close.. and my phone warranty  period is expire tomorrow  .. can i use warranty  benefits after loack down.. .

As many companies are extending their warranty further you can wait till the time and they might fix your issue.

Please Wait Till lockdown over , After lockdown please visit nearest Service Centre. and ask you about mobile Warrenty

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

Check device in safe mode: Enter safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.>Press and hold the power off icon. Exist safe mode: Press volume down and power key simultaneously for 5 seconds to restart the device.

 

Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.

 

If the issue still persists, kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application (Attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes of the occurrence of the issue):-
Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue
