White Line on A73 After Update – Service Center Denied Help

After the recent software update, vertical white lines appeared on my Samsung Galaxy A73 display. This issue was never present before.

I went to the Samsung service center. They created a job sheet but refused to replace the display, citing a minor dent, even though this issue started only after the update.

I also contacted Samsung Support via email and Twitter, shared my number as requested, but no one called me back.

Many users are facing the same issue after the update. Please escalate this and provide support under goodwill warranty.

Free screen replacement is applicable for Galaxy S series only upto 3 years from date of purchase.

I also have the same white/green line issue and talked to samsung customer care but they refused for free replacement.
