Try starting your device in safe mode and check.

Try resetting the sound settings

Under sound and vibration. Go to vibration intensity and see if it is nill. Maybe that can be a cause. Make it full. Check and confirm. If problem gets solved mark this is as solution. Screenshot_20210609-015321_Settings_20676.jpg
