S24 ultra exchange offer issue

Hello team 

I wanted to purchase s24 ultra in exchange of s23 ultra but while entering IEMI number it's show that the number is invalid why this is happening or i think s23 ultra is not available for exchange 

I have another samsung note 10 plus as well while it's available for exchange but while selecting memory size only 256gb is available while my phone has 512 gb capacity 

Why such things are happening???

Try Changing the pincode enter any big city pincode like Chandigarh,delhi etc it will work.

I am in Mumbai while entering another city pincode it's working but it's necessary as per samsung that you have same pincode delivery address as well

Try offline. I don't think online portals are accepting s23 series for exchange
