Hello samsung community,

As the conversation was really very frustrating with the customer support. After the 6.1.1 update there are 3 additional line on my display. Don't know how to react but the service is very pathetic and no proper resources on it. Should the matter should be escalated to consumer forum. Pls comment who all are facing the same issue as I have posted on X aswell.

Baat toh sahi hai tumhara but line toh permanent hogyi hai aur koi hardware damage nhi hai kuch din chalo charge pe lagaoge toh Pata chalega same device ho toh

Ha bhai but koi resolution hi nhi mil raha hai ab service b bekar hai mira road k service center ka pay karna padega bol Rahe hai

Maybe it had something to do with the hardware, right? Same issue on my Note 20 Ultra. A straight green line appeared at the middle of its screen after a software update. It's hurt to learn how bad sometimes the Samsung Services can be. Also, you're not alone like me here, too.
