Issues wuth S20

I pre-booked S20 and got delivery on 6th of this month. After using the phone for a day I noticed that the phone is getting switched off and then restarts automatically. I went to the service center and submitted my phone after few hours they called me and said the issue is resolved. After using for few hours I was facung the same issue. The problem was that the phone is getting switched off after I remove the ear phone or the charger which clearly service center was not able to understand which I came to know during my second visit to the center.

At my 2nd visit I showed them what the problem is and they made a video and then assured me that I will get a replacement or a DOE copy. I got a DOE copy(which I am not sure the store owner has recieved or not) but on verbal communication the store owner gave me a new Samsung S20. 

I am facing the same issue with the S20 as well. It's getting switched off after I remove the ear phone or the charger. Please help what is to be done. 

I want to understand why should I visit the service center for a new phone that to which is claimed as the best phone from Samsung. How can there be same problem with both the phones. And why do I have to break my head with the service center to make them understand what the issue is. 

I am really very upset with Samsung. I feel like Samsung has launched the phone to do a initial test to understand if there is any technical fault and for testing I have paid 70 k. 

Please understand I am wasting a lot of my valuable time visiting service center, talking to your customer care. If a brand like Samsung is launching a flagship phone with such defects then I really have to say that Samsung is just a fraud company who doesn't value customers, their time & their money. 

I do hope I recieve a reply from Samsung with resolution or I have to take it to the consumer forum to get a resloution.

I am posting the same mail to all your Social media pages to atleast get attention of a sensible person in Samsung.

i guess many here faces rearart issue including me but it was random time and not specefic like yours , so does it happen everytime you plug earphone?

For me it was random and in between some apps usage but it happened to me in initial 3 days , once each day and by that time i also had an update after which i didnt had such issue.

Not sure if the update really fixed it.

Have you updated your device? so far 2 updates are out

Yup I have updated the phone. So it's not every time it restarts but we can say 10 out 4 times it does.

I am attaching the error report I get after the phone switches on.

if you got the same message then closelh observe your phone. Make sure you use biometric. So whenever your phone restarts you will know it as after every restart the biometric is only enabled after you unlock your phone via password or pattern.

Also check if it restarts after removing ear phone or charger.

Use the earphone for 30 minutes and then remove. If there is a problem do post would be a great help
