We expected timely updates of our phones, though i own an S23 it has a few yr left for update i can comprehend wasting time supplying the update. With the newer model rolling out, god knows when the old users would get a proper update before the update service ends. Its been two months since new year god knows how long before we get a hands on experience on the one ui 7
