HDR10+ video editing

Can anyone tell me why Galaxy's built-in video editor doesn't support videos recorded from HDR10+? I used this feature recently, but the app automatically closed whenever I tried to edit... although it didn't when I tried to edit some other non-HDR10 video.

I'm using galaxy S20 FE any solution there!?
