KolkataCountless users, myself included, have been affected by this problem, and every service center confirms that it is a systemic issue, not isolated incidents. Despite this, Samsung is charging exorbitant fees for display replacements, forcing customers to bear the financial burden of a defect that is clearly a result of your own update.
This disparity in customer care is infuriating, especially when other brands, such as Apple and OnePlus, are proactively replacing faulty displays at no cost to their customers. Samsung’s reluctance to address this issue highlights a troubling lack of accountability and commitment to consumer satisfaction.
As loyal customers, we should not be held responsible for Samsung’s mistakes. It is your obligation to rectify this situation by providing free replacements for all defective displays. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave us with no choice but to explore legal avenues to seek justice.
I urge you to reconsider your policies and take immediate action to resolve this issue. Samsung must step up, acknowledge its responsibility, and prioritize customer care.
