Cannot record videos

I m facing this problem from past 2months i wouldn't be able to record videos slowmo or anything i don't the reason why but i want you all to help me out what should i do

I know only four solution 1,close all apps and using the camera.2,restart your device.3,use the camera while in safe mode .4,back up your important files and reset your device
