After updating my GALAXY M21 2021 EDITION to One UI 4.1, Android 12 I have been facing an issue related to call recording. After update the calls which I record gets compresed to such a small file that it becomes unusable. Example if I record a call for 1 minutes my device will record it but when the call get ended the saved file duration shows 20 seconds only. The whole 1 minute call recording get compressed in a 20 seconds file rendering it useless. I tried to record calls in safe mode and in safe mode I don't face such issues but as soon as I switch back to normal mode the issue restarts. I tried to format the device. After format for few hours It worked fined I thought the issue is solved, but no it didn't after I set up my device completely with updating app my application nd restoring the previous data. The issues restarted.
