Buy Samsung A31 new set when try to connect with Sony Wireless Stereo Handset ( MDRXB950B1) can't connect with Bluetooth. The scan can't search after try so many times . Switch off and on also but not connect kindly guide how it is possible .

1. Unpair all Bluetooth devices which were connected earlier (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Connections > Bluetooth > Turn on Bluetooth > Tap the settings icon next to the Bluetooth device > Unpair).
Again turn on Bluetooth> Scan> Tap on the Bluetooth device
If not worked then
2. Go to the settings>>apps>>Bluetooth>>storage>> clear cache.
After even not worked then
3. Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)
If after all not worked then
4. Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks>Bluetooth).
Again turn on Bluetooth> Scan> Tap on the Bluetooth device
If not worked then
2. Go to the settings>>apps>>Bluetooth>>storage>> clear cache.
After even not worked then
3. Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)
If after all not worked then
4. Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks>Bluetooth).
