I have been using Secure Folder in older Samsung Galaxy . After purchasing S23 I am not able to Find it in New phone S23 . What to do ?

Search it in settings (with the help to search bar) or in biometric and security

Make sure your secure folder is not hidden. To unhide this you can try these steps.
1) Slide down from the top to see your app shortcuts, scroll towards the left until you see a plus icon.
2) click on the plus icon and look for Secure folder app on the top
3) Drag and drop the app towards the bottom and make sure it is enabled by clicking on it like how we switch on the wifi on our phone
