I have learnt a lesson now.. Donot go for a high end samsung phone even it is affordable for you.. Simple Wifi calling facility is not available for S9+ phones which costs 65000 puchased 11 months back. The same facility update  is already been given in ONE PLUS and all other smart phones.. I am shocked having been wasted 2 days by calling samsung people to heard that will be made available in next month.. I am sad but pity samsung.. If it contines the same way RIP samsung like Nokia in very near future..

It depends on which carrier sim you use
In Android 9 wifi calling is supported only for Jio whereas Android 10 update for s9 (beta) already has wifi calling for both Airtel and Jio
Hope this helps also most of the carriers are just rolling out wifi calling so it's chill.

No u r wrong on one ui 2 s9 plus there is option available wait some time s9 will also get wifi calling feature
