I am not able to update the software in my device. It is S24 ultra.

My device is having some issue with the software side, when clicking on the software update, it isnshowing some network issue occurred, and even though it is taking more than 5 minutes to connect to the server side.

Please suggest.

Please reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually then try to it's again. As per your concern, we would request you kindly check your device network once and make sure your device is properly connected to the internet connection to download the latest software version.

Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available).
Path: Settings-> About phone-> software update

However, you also can update the software by using Smart Switch. You can open Smart Switch on your Windows PC or Mac, you will see an option to update to a new software version if one is available. kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Step 1. Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable provided with your device.

Step 2. Open Smart Switch on your PC.

Step 3. If a software update is available, Smart Switch will automatically prompt you to update the software or display an option to update.

Step 4. Tap Update and follow the on-screen instructions to download the necessary files and complete the update process.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
