You can expect one UI 7.0 update for S23,final version, by quarter end going by the pace at which Samsung is working on OS and security updates.

Beta is closed for now and was available only for S24 series.

After the release of S25 series Stable version will rollout in phase manner. I think s23 series will get the stable version in first week of March or the last week of February.
