Telegram is not showing on pop up panel

When am playing games my Pop up panel doesn't shows telegram am ,after the latest update on February.

1) step1: Go to settings> Apps > Search telegram and then scroll up and see the storage click on it and then you will see two options, clear cache and clear data, click on the clear cache and then clear data.
If this step didn't work means, 2)step: try software update to the latest version sometimes they might given the software update for the stability even it is a beta version also u can update to it. May be ur s23 ultra can have one ui7 update to it. If not available navigate to samsung members app and swipe the banner and the update notice will available and click on it to download
3)step: press and hold both the volume key button and the power button to force restart, in this step the popup can be fixed as a crash.
4)step: Try Uninstalling and reinstall the telegram app this might help.
5) step: go to the telegram settings in your phone settings app and then enable all the permissions of it.

(Follow this steps 100% work)
1,2,5 steps itself fix your problem don't worry, if still the problem persists means message again, will reply definitely :)

(Note: Mostly don't multitask your phone with the popup window, S23ultra has a capability to assign a single task to each app when it's difficult to handle it or keeps more fps or heating apps it will tries to handle it efficiently, however it is a complain and all the samsung users of today facing it. Making it bad experience for the users. It's a common problem. Even the apps are also crashing whenever try to open it. Don't worry about it. Just message me :)

I have one more issue, in game hub pop up panel notification badges not showing when i receive a message

Go to the Gaming Hub> you will see a 3dots in the top right side corner of the screen, click on it and you will see a option "Game Booster" Click on it and then you will see a list of options and there click on "Floating shortcuts" and select the panel as you want. This will sort out the issue. May be you are playing Bgmi. I Think so 😮

That i already selected in that if i got a message from telegram/whatsapp it will not show the badges.No bro efootball 25

Because, you are playing the game with the priority mode on! , turn off the mode and then try again it will come. But all the notification may popup and disturb you while playing the game
