If you have desktop then connect your device to it and look the obb file in hidden items

You can download Z archiver app from playstore then open it and go to the Android folder the file will show there

Due to policies you can't view the obb files. You need to install 3rd party file explorer/ manager from play store as mentioned in the above sections
