How do we disable Game Optimizing Service. I heard disabling that will make gaming experience little smoother?

Settings>apps>select show system apps>scroll down to get optimizing services>only option is to force stop..

Don't use game launcher and try

After force stop should I install game plugins

Game optimization service boots up the moment a new game is opened. even after force stop.

You can just force stop the current running instance. 

Game launcher and its plugins are **bleep** for graphics hogging games
