so many other factors behind this

but both are not equal in performance.

you are talking about processor which Samsung uses in America or Europe with sd and in asia/middle east with its own processor exynos
then also this is not called cheating and you can't do anything legally.
only one thing you can do is request /feedback to Samsung

People tried every, even raising a petition but SAMSUNG DOESN'T care at all. Untill there is something to challenge them in Court and ready to fight till the end.
