It doesn't appear on dialer screen..you have to click 3 dots at top right corner when you receive any call(but first you have to select option call recording for selected numbers)
1. call record option is not available in wifi calling
2. if your device is purchased from outside India it might be not available
3. if device is from India you can turn it on and choose setting according your preference from call setting
