have a small group of stuck pixels on the main screen halfway down on the fold..told by samsung was covered under warranty.
sent in phone for repair and the technician has found some small dents on the frame, nowhere near the pixlel at all, so warranty is now void. even though this is not to do with the pixels being blown. cost of repair in excess of £450 https://routerlogin.uno/https://192168ll.link/.
went back to samsung and was told technician looks for all marks and if found it needs repair hence void warranty.
how can this be? is there somewhere i can complain too? any of you had similar issues?
