i bought abt few monthz bk . n aftr few months .. its nt opening fully .. n then customer care again is not accepting that its internal fault .. although my phone is in warranty period

dey r just making lame defaults in my phone where as nothing is there ..

also any1 facing same prob .. do write so that we can save others
i have alrdy visited there but no1 is listening .. they are putting lame faults in my phone all lies . whereas it is samsung company fault my phone 's fold part is nt working properly.. thats it i dun wana claim anythn else jus open my phone to full extend dats it
